VCPRYX began in 2010 as a two-person design outfit, hand-finishing logos and print layouts for shops that wanted to look like they meant business. There was no funding round, no rebrand every year — just clients who came back, and a studio that grew only as fast as its standards allowed.

Most projects require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger builds are split across milestones. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance.
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the plan itself. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate, agreed beforehand.
Delivery timelines are confirmed in the written proposal. Delays caused by late feedback or missing content on the client's side may shift the delivery date.
Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on receipt of final payment. Source files are provided on request where applicable.
Any business or technical information shared with us is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without written consent.
Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable. Deposits already paid for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion, minus any costs incurred.
Domains, hosting, licensed fonts, stock assets, paid APIs, and similar costs are billed separately and quoted before purchase.
Each delivered project includes a fixed bug-fix support window post-launch. Ongoing support beyond that is available as a retainer or on request.
The little status badge in the navigation and the bouncy mascot in the corner reflect real studio hours (IST). Outside those hours, queries are still received and answered the next working morning.
